The ProDry Process

 S.E.T.T.(Soil Extraction Transfer Technology) 

 As you may know, about 80% of the soil in carpet is dry soil that can be removed by vacuuming.  So we start by thoroughly sweeping the carpet. 

Then we prespray any spots and stains.

After prespraying we determine whether we need to use a single pass scrub and clean or a dual pass cleaning.

With a single pass cleaning we use a special microfiber pad that has scrub strips embedded in it to scrub and extract at the same time. So with this pad under our machine, we spray our unique ozone infused encapsulation carpet cleaning solution on the carpet and scrub/extract the soils and odors at the same time. 

Once the soil has been released from the carpet and suspended in our cleaner, it is absorbed in the microfiber pad. After this process is complete the remaining solution dries in 1 to 2 hrs. The unique encapsulation cleaner will not allow any remaining soil reattach to the carpet fibers.  It dries to a microscopic film then shatters  and vacuums  out with subsequent vacuuming. 

An added cleaning benefit is our on board ozone infusion machine. It infuses our cleaning solution with ozone which adds another molecule of oxygen. This helps with cleaning and sanitizing. The ozone dissipates in 30 minutes.

Since we use very low moisture in this process we are able to finish by our final step. We vacuum the carpet again to remove any loose fibers and groom the fibers. 

If we determine that we need to do a dual pass cleaning, after prespraying the spots and stains we use special fiber scrub pads before the microfiber pads to separate and suspend the soil in our cleaning agent. 

This system not only produces superior carpet cleaning results but also greatly reduces the possibility of wicking since the amount of liquid used is minimized.
